Preferred files: Press quality PDF files are preferred. When making a PDF, please be sure to embed the fonts, and add 1/8″ bleed all the way around the document. Define the colors as grayscale, CMYK, or spot. To avoid confusion, Pantone colors should be specified.

We will accept tiff or jpgs but the quality will not be as good. The image will be rasterized and the type will be processed.

Native files: We accept Mac or PC files. When submitting native files, include all fonts and graphics. Send only the files we need. Avoid setting traps in applications and overprints when possible as unexpected results may occur.

Image resolution:300 dpi or higher. Pixel based images lose resolution when enlarged.

Crop marks: When adding manual crop marks in an application, make sure the color is set to registration rather than black.

Booklets: Send single pages. Let us know how you want it laid out: i.e. saddle stitch or perfect bound.

We do not accept Quark, Publisher, or Word files.

If you have any questions, please email us at or upload the files with notes and we can preflight it for you.
